Joe will be overseeing existing projects such as Stephenson Quarter and the Pioneer in Newcastle, while looking for expansion opportunities across the North of England.
Insiyah will also be leading projects including the future phases of The Ouseburn in Newcastle.

Igloo has also appointed a new development director for the South, Matt Woolgar, who brings over ten years’ experience to the role including his last position as project director at Hadley Property Group, as well as associate director of development at CA Ventures.
Matt will help manage and deliver the developer’s national pipeline of community- and climate-positive projects and is responsible for establishing and leading the team through the full acquisition, design, planning, procurement, construction, and sales phases of the development cycle.
As part of his role, he will be overseeing the central Winchester regeneration scheme, which will include the implementation of a wide-ranging mix of uses including flexible work and creative spaces, food and drink offerings, a hotel, and new public spaces.
Matt said he is delighted to be joining the company at “such an exciting time for the business.”
